Rant first, sorry.

  So, I got my first negative response to my game… and honestly, it hurt. After reading the message, I felt like crying—and I did, a little. Needless to say, it was tough to read, especially since I felt their response didn’t reflect the actual content of my work. I’m totally fine with people sharing their dislike for my game or giving constructive criticism (I love criticism! My closest friends have given me a lot, and it’s helped me immensely). But saying something like that effectively amounts to, ‘Your game is bad,’ isn’t helpful—it’s just hurtful

 I’ve poured so much time and effort into this project over the past few years—hundreds of hours. So, you can understand why dismissing my work so casually was hurtful. I genuinely consider my game to be good—great, even! I love the story, the lore, and the cool secrets I’ve woven in. I love the voice acting that I have received from hard-working and notable voice actors. I love that, even when money was tight, I continued to invest in my project to make it the best it could be. I love the music I've made, the artwork and the sprite work contributed by friends and volunteers—everything about this game. And if anything, this just makes me more determined to work harder on it.

New update tomorrow. and Really cool artwork tomorrow. And expect so much more this year because I'M ON A MISSION LOL

Below is a sneak peak of the upcoming update. There is new artwork for ALL CUTSCENES, and subtitles are finally being added. This the Ui that I came up with, and I love it, though it could totally be changed in the future.

I've been bullied all my life and hated upon by people. It has hurt me so much, and it's so sad to finally see someone shit on my game. I knew it would happen one day, and I always told myself that I could handle it, but truthfully, I can't. it hurts. New update tomorrow
